Cuddle Party Format
A Cuddle Party will go something like this...
- Everyone turns up, registers, gets changed, grabs a drink and sits down.
- The Lifeguard then goes through the Welcome Circle, which includes welcoming and introducing everyone, explaining the Rules, and running through some exercises designed to help people feel safe and not-so-strange to each other. This lasts about 40 minutes.
- There's about two hours of "free-style" cuddling time.
- About half an hour before the end of the Party the Lifeguard will initiate a Puppy Pile.
- A brief Closing Circle concludes the Cuddle Party.
- Everyone changes and floats home!
